3/4 cup shortening
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs & 1/4 cup buttermilk
3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white vanilla baking chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
Yield: 26 cookies
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix sugars, butter, shortening, vanilla
and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy,
or mix with spoon.
Sir in flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in white, butterscotch and chocolate chips.
Use ungreased large cookie sheet, drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls about
3 inches apart.
Bake 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
